Your mission
- Manage all aspects of complex maintenance and reliability improvement projects, including client relations, project planning and tracking, leadership and personnel management, and project administration including scheduling, reporting, and invoicing
- Lead maintenance & reliability analysis/audits including time-on-tools productivity studies, supervisor and planner studies, work order management and related process mapping, CMMS and budget data analysis, organizational structure evaluation, and key stakeholder interviews and workshops (including use of IT & Management Systems)
- Lead development of comprehensive analysis reports and project plans consisting of multiple workstreams to achieve quantified maintenance improvement targets, including the key levers and implementation actions required to achieve them
- Design and manage implementation programs including the establishment of quantitative and qualitative targets and project milestones to achieve agreed performance objectives
- Track and measure performance improvements, including creating and briefing reports
- Steer and mentor clients through the implementation and change management process and manage scope and expectations
- Identify and develop proposals for more work with existing and new clients
- Dynamic leadership of the consulting team executing analyses and projects
